How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email or call our customer service team to initiate a return. You will need your order number.

Get Authorization

We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us with the RA number visible.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Eligibility

Accepted Returns
  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Defective or faulty products
  • Products that do not match the description
Not Accepted
  • Opened or used products (except for defects)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Hazardous chemical products that have been opened
  • Products damaged by customer misuse

Refund Information

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. For EFT payments, we will require your bank details to process the refund.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we are at fault.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?

If your order arrived damaged or you received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damage and keep all original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
